Apparently Mikey Apuada and I will do anything for publicity. We went out last week to Bobby Love’s for Karaoke to publicize Nunsense, A-men! and ended up in the recent issue of Nightspots magazine!
Also, a quick note that we’ll be extending our RSVP deadline to Wed. Dec. 12 for anyone wanting to come to our AFC Holiday Dinner (at The Spot, 4437 N. Broadway) & Show (Nunsense, A-men!) on Sat. Dec. 15 starting with cocktails at 5 p.m. (dinner at around 5:20-5:30 p.m.) and show at 7 p.m.
Update: Nunsense is selling well! Early word is that the 50 “unobstructed view” seats for Nunsense, A-men! for this Saturday (Dec. 15, 2007) are just about gone in terms of RSVP’s. While the place can seat up to 70, those extra seats are not the greatest. It’s because those seats wrap around a back bar. We’ll still probably take both dinner and show RSVP’s for AFC, but we’ll just have to make sure we go upstairs with enough time to sit in the good seats.
Our final count is 20 RSVP’s for this Saturday’s AFC Holiday Dinner & Show. If anyone decides to just walk in, it’s still possible to accommodate you, but it will be tight. Having said that, sometimes people who RSVP don’t show. Anyway, just wanted to leave the door open just a crack for anyone who’s making last-minute decisions (did I just say “crack?”).
