AFC Dim Sum: Come to our first-Sunday-of-the-month Dim Sums at Furama, 4936 N. Broadway in Chicago at 12:30 p.m. Our next ones are Sun. May 3, June 7 and July 5, 2026. We meet on the second floor landing. Meal cost will be split among each table. After the meal, we typically march over to SoFo Tap, 4923 N. Clark in Chicago. If anyone wants to pre-game, come to Fat Cat, 4840 N. Broadway at 11:30 a.m.

Burlesque in the West – AFC’s April Pride Fundraiser – Sat. April 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Holiday Club, 4000 N. Sheridan in Chicago. Join us for our Fundraiser at the Holiday Club Saloon! Celebrate the Wild West & Burlesque! (Burlesque used loosely) Limited appetizers served, Burlesque show, Raffle Prizes (more to come) and of course bar for you to purchase your favorite beverage.

Put on your cowboy boots, cowboy hat or country attire. Encouraged but not mandatory. This is our annual fundraiser to finalize and pay for our Asians & Friends Chicago Pride Parade Float. The fundraiser will also feature a raffle, with prize donations from Atmosphere Bar, Campit Outdoor Resort, Chicago Men’s Room, Lucky Horseshoe, Max’s Place, The North End and Sidetrack.

Pasta Palooza – Sat., May 17 in the afternoon at North End, 3733 N. Halsted in Chicago. As a sequel to our AFC Chili Cook-off, this year will be a pasta showdown. More details to come.
