Congrats to all for a successful Naked Sushi event two weeks ago. We eeked out a little profit towards our 25th anniversary year, but the 40-plus in attendance agreed that it was one of the most unique and provocative experiences they’ve had in a long time. Thanks to everyone who participated.
Food you eat with chopsticks is OK but it’s really brave if you serve up something you use a fish knife for.
