Asians & Friends Chicago’s first and surprisingly best ever Chili Cook-off happened last Sunday at The North End. Six chili entries arrived and three topped the voting ballots:
1st: Frank’s Cincinnati Chili
2nd: Pop’s Chili
3rd: Brad’s Filipino Chili
