Mark James is a grad student in Milwaukee who has attended AFC events. He’s asked for participation in a survey he’s doing for his thesis:
I am a Ph.D. student at UWM and I am asking for gays and lesbians to participate in a research study, entitled “Rainbow Barrier Behaviors; Scale Development and Validation”. The purpose of this study is to examine and better understand the experiences of gays and lesbians in the workplace. Approximately four-hundred subjects will participate in this study. If you agree to participate, you will be asked about your experiences in the workplace. This will take approximately fifteen minutes of your time.
Your information collected for this study is completely confidential and no individual participant will ever be identified with his/her research information.
