AFC Members and Visitors:
The Board is looking to relocate our annual Chinese New Year’s celebration (set tentatively for Sat., Feb. 16, 2008) to a Chicago Chinese restaurant that can handle between 75-150 people. The place we’ve held it the last two years can barely hold 75 and we’d like to bump up attendance this year by putting more into advertising, networking and overall promotion. We’re looking for a reasonably priced place with great food. Let us know about your suggestions by responding to this posting. Thanks again!

How about the restaurant where we have Dim Sum brunch? It seems as if their dining room could easily hold 150 people.
Thanks Bob! It’s definitely a good option …
I think that since Chinese New Year is such a special day most
would want to go somewhere a little more special or at least different. I feel that way but maybe I am alone.
How about Phoenix in Chinatown? I think Silver Seafood can accommodate that many people as well.
Thanks for the info! We’ll check it out!
