Our Asians and Friends Chicago’s Thick and Meaty Chili Cook-off was a resounding success. Seven delicious entries by talented chefs, over 40 attendees and a ton of support and raffle prizes from our host bar, The North End. Including raffle dollars, the event took in $475, which will go toward our Pride Parade float expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the winner is of the 2023 Thick and Meaty Chili Cook-off is … Benny C., First Place; Luis N., Second Place; and Angelo N., Third Place. You can purchase a digital copy of the winning recipe below! <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
