May Asian Heritage Month AFC Celebration–It’s a No Business Like Monkey Business Musical Review! Sun. May 22 at 1 p.m. at Sidetrack, 3349 N. Halsted in Chicago. The afternoon gathering will reveal the centerpiece of our 2016 Pride Parade entry, inform guests about ways they can attend and volunteer to help with the upcoming Asians & Friends international conference to be held here in Chicago over Labor Day (called IFCON 2016 Chicago at www.ifcon2016.org) and ramp up fundraising efforts for Pride and IFCON. Entertainment will feature GLBT and straight Asian performers as a way to commemorate the contributions of the API community to the city. Donations of $20 suggested, inclusive of a drink ticket.
