Join Asians & Friends Chicago on Halloween night (Sat., Oct. 31) at Robert and Carter’s, 5338 N. Ashland in the Andersonville neighborhood in Chicago. The event will run from 7-11 p.m. Costumes are strongly encouraged as are a dish or drink to share.
